Jeanne-Marie Grumet, founder and CEO of Communication Catalysts, Inc. in Marin, California, is nationally respected as a dynamic speaker, coach, author and facilitator of leading-edge training.  For over 25 years, she has worked with a wide range of companies, including Fortune 500, engaging participants in powerful programs that produce lasting, positive results.

Jeanne-Marie was the national sales director for n innovative training company and has 12 years of experience and award-winning success in sales, training and management on staff for companies such as Control Data, American Hospital Supply, and Pacific Bell.  She conducts customized programs in presentation skills, sales, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, management and leadership.

She is co-author with John Gray, Jack Canfield and Bob Proctor in the book entitled “101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life.”  Jeanne-Marie received her B.A. in Psychology from California State University at Long Beach, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
